We collect heritage fruits from abandoned orchards in England and Wales, and gather wild fruits and herbs in their natural habitats. We also use surplus produce from British farms that would otherwise go to waste.

We keep packaging to a minimum! Our hampers come in reused fruit crates, so they might look a little different from the picture.

We don't add any pectin or citric acid to our preserves.

Our preserves have won some awards:

Hedgerow Harvest Preserve (with Damsons, Plums, Apples, wild Elderberries, and Blackberries) won two Gold Stars in the Great Taste Awards 2016.
We make three types of plum jam: Classic Victoria Plum, Yellow Egg Plum, and Purple Pershore Plum Jam (made with Purple Pershore Plums, which won 2 Gold Stars in the Great Taste Awards 2021).
Our Raspberry and Wild Apple Preserve is made with Staffordshire raspberries and a mix of wild crab apples and cooking apples.
