Johnny Vegas plays Moz in the multi-award winning Ideal. As Moz and his girlfriend Nicki's relationship falls apart, they both start secret affairs. Nicki gets involved with a dim-witted police officer in Salford, while Moz finds love in an unexpected way.

Meanwhile, former friends Cartoon Head and Psycho Paul are at war in the world of disorganised crime. Can Moz stay out of their deadly conflict? Can he and Nicki keep their affairs a secret? And who is their new neighbour, Fist, a mysterious and intimidating figure?
