Q: Why haven't I received my package yet?

A: Get in touch with our customer service and we'll look into it. If your package is lost, we'll send a new one ASAP and make up for the delay, maybe with a small gift or a 50% refund.

Size Questions

Q: I usually wear a size "L" but I'm worried it might not fit. What size should I order?

A: Check out the size chart in our product images. Our sizes are Asian sizes, which are smaller than European sizes. So, we recommend choosing a size up from your usual size for a more comfortable fit.
