SaveDeals is not responsible for any products ordered from its affiliated and non-affiliated merchants. The final purchase/order at the links listed on the Website and/or mobile application is made at the sole discretion of the user, subject to the terms and conditions of the brand, merchant and seller that the purchase is made from. SaveDeals is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of such dealings.

Intellectual Property

You are not allowed to copy, or modify the Website and/or mobile application, any part of the Website and/or mobile application, or our trademarks in any way. you are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the Website and/or mobile application, and you also should not try to translate the Website and/or mobile application into other languages, or make derivative versions. The Website and/or mobile application itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to SaveDeals.

Terms of Use

SaveDeals is committed to ensuring that the Website and/or mobile application is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the Website and/or mobile application or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the Website and/or mobile application or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.

The SaveDeals Website and/or mobile application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, which will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the Website and/or mobile application secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the SaveDeals Website and/or mobile application won’t work properly or at all.

The Website and/or mobile application does use third party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. The user is expected to read these terms and use these third party services at their own risk.

You should be aware that there are certain things that SaveDeals will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the Website and/or mobile application to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but SaveDeals cannot take responsibility for the Website and/or mobile application not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi and/or do not have any of your data allowance left.

If you are using the Website and/or mobile application outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the Website and/or mobile application, or other third party charges. On using the Website and/or mobile application, you are accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Website and/or mobile application outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. Along the same lines, SaveDeals cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the Website and/or mobile application i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you are unable to turn it on to avail the Service, SaveDeals cannot accept responsibility.

When you are using the Website and/or mobile application, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. SaveDeals accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the Website and/or mobile application.

At some point, we may wish to update the Website and/or mobile application. The mobile application is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you wish to keep using the application. SaveDeals does not promise that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the application, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Community Guidelines

You must be at least 13 years of age in order to use our service. You are expected to follow proper code of conduct while using SaveDeals’s features such as Like and Comment and interacting with other users on the Website and/or mobile application. This includes but is not restricted to, being respectful towards all users, and refraining from posting content that is:

- Unlawful, abusive, harmful or harassive of any user
- Hateful or hurtful towards any group based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, disability, etcetera
- Falsely represents/impersonates any person or entity
- False, deceptive or misleading (baiting)
- Including Personal or identifying information about another person/entity without that person/entity’s explicit consent
- Infringes any patent, trademark or proprietary rights of any party
- Including affiliate links or any unsolicited commercial advertisement
- Advertising any sale or service that is deemed unlawful by any applicable law in India or any of its Constituent States.
- Spam, Flood Attack, excessive content or anything that disrupts or negatively affects other users’ experience on the Website and/or mobile application
- Including any kind of unsafe links, software virus, malware, etcetera

In addition to following these guidelines while using the Website and/or mobile application, users also must agree not to:

- Make unsolicited contact with another user for any commercial purpose
- Harass or collect Personal Information about other users

This includes not sharing your email address, phone number, passwords, etcetera in the Comments section and users who do so bear the full risk of the consequences. SaveDeals is not liable for any loss or invasion of privacy of any user as a result of such actions.
